APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Membership applicant must be an American Citizen residing in the Philippines.
• Membership is by referrals only. All applicants must be proposed by a regular member and approved by the Investigation Committee.
• All membership application must be accomplished by the applicant and the proposer before the processing of the application. If there is no proposer/sponsor, the application will be forwarded to the Membership Committee for their action.
• Application will be submitted together with required fees. Investigation will be conducted upon receipt of the application.
• All members are encouraged to sponsor their prospective to increase our membership.
